saimonix Judging by how much I love Kunisaki works I had a privilege to hear, I'm not at all surprised how much I loved this one. The sound design is impressive and makes me think of Alvin Lucier; this release is a perfect example of shedding light at just the right amount of parts of the mystery for you to imagine it whole, always different in shape. It will also make you detach from troubles just because your mind will wish to understand what's so multi-faceted in this apparent simplicity. Favorite track: Quiet Hours III.

about

Stare at the paintings that litter this unfamiliar wall. Center yourself in this room: listen to the hum of the fan and the rain that dances on the roof.

Focus on the individual brush strokes - notice every detail and absorb the false environment. Do you hear the breeze and the sounds of a place far beyond this room? Are you sure you're even in this room anymore? Your focus will break. Slowly. Breathe.

You aren't in that room anymore - but you never really left either. Now you drift through every thought you have. You can still feel a connection to the outside.

Wherever you are now, cherish it. It won't last forever.
